About The Position
Lead the marketing efforts in NATO/EU countries for Bagira’s Infantry Products.
Responsibilities
- Know your market: products, customers, competitors, and trends
- Define an annual plan (1- 3 years) along with a supportive budget to meet business targets
- Generate leads and interest from customers, locate budgets, focus on new customers
- Perform periodic market analysis, identify trends, opportunities and set work plans accordingly
- Create customers’ lobby, identify local representatives, build strong relations with key stakeholders
- Represent Bagira at conferences, exhibitions, users club, customer meetings and other events, building our brand and working closely with the marketing department
- Set quarterly goals focused on orders and sales (goals should include among others, targets for leads, new customers, new partners, proposals submission, and bids winning targets)
- Be involved in the operational aspects of Bagira’s Infantry Trainers where needed
Requirements
- Military background as an Infantry Officer/NCO in a EU/NATO county
- Passionate for Marketing, proactive, and a ‘Can do’ person
- Highly organized, methodological
- Technological orientation
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Background in simulation systems – advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and full proficiency in English
- Ability to travel around 50% of the time
