We are looking for Site Manager who will be responsible for all operations within the site. manage the site, the systems and the employees, communicate with IL and CZ office to align priorities and procedures.

• Responsible for all activities within the site, focus on training. 
• Responsible for all maintenance issues within the site (general and technological).
• Responsible for all the equipment in the site
• Responsible for Mission Readiness in the sites (Performance to satisfy and exceed customer expectations).
• Responsible for maintaining and retaining relations with relevant customers (on site).
• Responsible for managing (guide, supervise and motivate) direct or in-direct reports or relevant sub-contractors in order to achieve the goals.
• Responsible for the site employees.
