About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you will partner with managers to meet team recruitment goals by applying creativity and innovation to the sourcing, engagement, and hiring process. As well as focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall employee experience 

This is a temporary position for 6 months, with an option for permanent employment. 

  • Responsible for an effective recruitment life cycle 
  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process alongside hiring managers for a various range of positions (software, headquarters, technical etc). 
  • Work with managers to define job descriptions, responsibilities, and requirements.  
  • Seek candidates through social media, job portals, academic institutes, employee referrals and other tactics to find the best candidates with the Bagira.  
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the job and for our company culture. 
  • Manage recruiting process from interview scheduling through the hiring process: Ensure the internal applicant tracking system (Comeet) is maintained according to the recruiting workflow and that all applicants are dispositioned according to guidelines.  
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns and support hire to retire process  
  • Lead all HR processes and using HR System (BambooHR) to support employee life cycle. 
  • Analyze and implement process improvements. 
  • Manage HR documentation, employee records, and data reporting. 
  • Take an active part of the company's recruitment and HR team, by that support in additional activities such as welfare activities, Onboarding & Offboarding etc’.  


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field - must  
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR business partnering – a must. 
  • Leading successful recruitment process end to end. 
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. 
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, independence and proactiveness.  
  • High proficiency in both English and Hebrew.  
  • The job is in Modi’in - requires mobility.
