Responsible for all operations within the site. manage the site, the systems and the employees, communicate with IL and CZ office to align priorities and procedures.

• Responsible for all activities within the site, focus on training. 
• Responsible for all maintenance issues within the site (general and technological).
• Responsible for all the equipment in the site
• Responsible for Mission Readiness in the sites (Performance to satisfy and exceed customer expectations).
• Responsible for maintaining and retaining relations with relevant customers (on site).
• Responsible for managing (guide, supervise and motivate) direct or in-direct reports or relevant sub-contractors in order to achieve the goals.
• Responsible for the site employees.
