About The Position
Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide.
Bagira is looking for a skilled Simulator Operator to ensure the smooth operation of our advanced combat training simulators.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting complex simulator systems, providing comprehensive support to trainees, and ensuring optimal performance of software and hardware components.
Your mission:
- Ensure the ongoing daily operation of all simulators at the training facility.
- Configure system settings and optimize performance.
- Guide and support trainees how to use the simulator systems effectively.
- Identify technical issues and support the technical team.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and other team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Ongoing adaptation of the simulator user manuals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating simulator systems or a similar technical role.
- Background in opearting simulutors, gaming applicaions and training systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to teach and support users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English or German; Ukrainian is an advantage
- Knowledge of military training environments and simulators is an advantage.
- Driving license holder.
