Bagira is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us! (Modi'in City)
What will your job look like -
- Support the product definition process through the design and development of effective UX/UI solutions that align with both user requirements and business objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive UX/UI design services within the product team, including the creation of wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and product interactions.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Product Managers, R&D teams, and Project Managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
- Oversee the UI development process with subcontractors, ensuring that all UX/UI designs conform to product specifications, established design standards, and project timelines.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in a UX/UI Design role is required.
- Demonstrable self-learning capabilities and acute attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within stringent deadlines.
- Creative thinking and effective teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Experience in designing complex systems within industries outside of your primary area of expertise is preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited design school such as HIT, Shenkar, Vizo, Bezalel, or an equivalent institution is preferred.
