Bagira is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity leave replacement) to join our HR team at Bagira.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take a place as a partner together with managers, to meet recruitment goals by applying creativity and innovation to the sourcing, engagement, and hiring process.
This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months, with an option to extend to permanent employment.
Job description:
- Manage an effective recruitment life cycle end to end.
- Leading the full-cycle recruitment process alongside hiring managers Work with managers to define job descriptions, and recruitment process.
- Seek out candidates through sourcing, networking, social media, job portals, employee referrals etc’ in order to hunt out the best candidates to the company.
- Screening resumes, Conducting phone and personal interviews.
- Working with Recruiting system (Comeet) and HR system (BambooHR) according to the recruiting workflow and HR Process.
- Analyze and implement process improvements.
- Manage the onboarding process for your recruitment.
- Take an active part of the company's recruitment and HR team. By that assist in additional activities such as welfare activities, Onboarding & Offboarding etc’.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-4 years' experience in technological recruiting in startups, technology companies, placement agencies or defense industry - Must.
- Proven experience in social networks (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more).
- High proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
- Proactive, Professionalismת highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver.
- Excellent interpersonal relations.
