About The Position
Bagira, a high-tech company one of the leaders in the world of military and civilian simulators is looking for experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Our Project Manager will manage high-complexity projects from the initiation phase all through delivery. As a project manager, you will manage the overall project program to ensure alignment and delivery, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams as well as extrenal providers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand & enable execution of their requirements for a successful delivery and implementation of the project.
About The Role
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Analyze risks and mitigation plans
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Be the CEO of your project: be creative, manage risks, take responsibility on all project-related matters
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management roles -Must
- BA or BS degree preferred Industrial engineering or Engineering
- Fluent English – written and verbal.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to create and manage detailed work plans and schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or equivalent software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and details orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Flexibility to travel as required
