About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter and HR Specialist to join our company. This role is critical in managing mass recruitment processes and providing HR support to field employees.
- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical and operational roles.
- Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and career events tailored to the defense sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with organizational needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry security protocols and company policies.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Lead all HR processes in the business unit.
- Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and defense industry HR standards.
- Lead employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- BA in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
- Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, sourcing, reference checks and etc.)
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Lead all HR processes in the business unit.
- Experience with social networks such as LinkedIn & Facebook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, independent and proactive.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
