As an IT Field Support Specialist at Bagira Netherlands, you will be essential to maintaining our simulators used for training with the Royal Netherlands Army. You'll need to know both hardware and software to ensure that the simulators and systems are always ready and fully operational at army bases in central Netherlands.

Location: This position is in army bases in the Netherlands, primarily near Harskamp, Amersfoort, Arnhem, and Zwolle. Regular travel to other nearby bases within the Netherlands may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive support and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Offer tier 1 help desk support to quickly assist users.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure simulator reliability.
• Support the technical aspects of training exercises using Bagira simulators.
• Operate simulators during training sessions.
